Nader Al-Baghdadi brings professional experience in operations management, institutional coordination and communications. He is responsible for managing and monitoring Skills Group’s operational activities, helping ensure integration across departments, efficient execution and delivery against approved plans and objectives.
He oversees the coordination of programmes, projects and events, follows operational progress, communicates with clients, partners and relevant stakeholders, supports internal teams and addresses operational requirements to maintain execution quality and adherence to timelines.
He also contributes to the development of institutional communication channels, relationship management and client experience, translating management plans and directions into clear, practical operating procedures that support performance and strengthen Skills Group’s professional image.
