Ibrahim Elazzabi is an entrepreneur, investor and business leader with more than twenty years of experience building, managing and developing companies and projects across energy, education and training, professional services, technology and consulting.
His career combines hands-on operational management with business development, strategic planning and the launch of new ventures. He has led and developed businesses serving institutional and commercial clients and has worked across Libya, Türkiye and international markets, building partnerships, sourcing solutions and turning operational needs into practical, scalable projects.
His experience also includes the development of digital products and systems, professional training initiatives, events and consulting services. He works with private companies, public institutions and organizations across banking, energy, technology, education and other sectors.
Within Skills Group for Development & Training, he contributes to strategy, business development, partnerships and the development of practical systems and solutions that support the Group’s training, consulting and events activities, with a strong focus on execution, measurable value and sustainable growth.
