Executive Leader & Institutional Development Expert
Haytham Alduweebi is a senior leader and expert in management, institutional development, project management and business development, with a professional career spanning more than twenty years across executive management, consulting, strategic planning, training, marketing, sales and organizational development.
Throughout his career, he has led companies, institutions and projects across different sectors and has served as General Manager, Commercial Manager, Product Manager and Board Member. These roles have given him extensive practical experience in leading teams, developing strategies and operating plans, business development, resource management, partnership building, operational oversight and performance delivery. His sector experience includes education and training, trade, telecommunications, marketing and business development.
He also worked as a Project Management Consultant with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where he led an economic-opportunity analysis team covering 15 Libyan municipalities. He has contributed to restructuring, strategic planning, leadership development and management-skills projects, in addition to designing and managing training and development initiatives.
His experience spans banking, oil and gas, investment, telecommunications, industry and government institutions, alongside his work as a trainer, lecturer and consultant in strategic management, capability development and leadership.
He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Laws, together with professional qualifications and certifications in strategic management, training and institutional performance development.
