Eman Bin Ahmed is an executive leader with more than 15 years of professional and leadership experience across executive management, institutional development, strategic planning, human resources, project management and partnership building. Her experience includes overseeing organizational performance, developing policies and procedures, and strengthening governance, sustainability and business growth.
She has chaired the Board of Skills Group for Development & Training since 2012, overseeing the Group’s strategic direction, corporate governance, training and consulting plans, market expansion and the development of partnerships with government, banking and international institutions.
She also has experience leading and managing companies and institutions and serves as Chair of the Libya Businesswomen Council, with an active presence in the business community and initiatives supporting entrepreneurship, women’s economic empowerment and institutional partnerships.
Her professional development includes specialized qualifications and programmes in leadership, executive management, strategic planning, human resources and institutional development, supporting her role in guiding Skills Group’s strategy and institutional growth.
