Head of Consulting | Skills Group for Development & Training
Dr. Hisham Abdelalim leads the consulting function at Skills Group for Development & Training, drawing on more than 35 years of professional, consulting and training experience and international work spanning more than 30 countries, with extensive cooperation across Arab and international public and private institutions.
Within Skills Group, he leads the development and management of consulting services and projects and oversees the preparation of specialized professional solutions tailored to institutional needs and changing business environments. His expertise covers legal and commercial affairs, governance and compliance, arbitration and dispute resolution, contracts and procurement, anti-money laundering and legal-risk management.
He holds a doctorate in Management and Public Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Ain Shams University. He is an international arbitration consultant and a member of several Arab and international legal and professional bodies.
His training and consulting record includes the design and delivery of more than 1,500 training programmes that have supported the development of individuals and institutions across a wide range of sectors.
His role adds significant depth to Skills Group’s consulting capability, combining legal and administrative expertise with institutional understanding to help organizations improve performance, strengthen governance and compliance, and achieve their objectives efficiently and sustainably.
