Sherine El-Sayed has more than 20 years of professional experience in services management, logistics operations and event organization. Her career has included work with a range of companies and institutions, giving her extensive experience in planning, coordination and supervision across conferences, forums, training programmes and institutional events.
Her practical experience covers supporting services and event readiness, coordination with hotels and venues, supplier and service-provider management, reception, transport, accommodation and hospitality arrangements, purchasing, procurement and technical preparations, as well as direct supervision of work teams to ensure all execution requirements are ready according to approved plans and timelines.
She has participated in the management and delivery of numerous events, programmes and projects, building strong capabilities in managing simultaneous operations, responding to urgent operational requirements, supplier negotiation, service-quality and cost control, and converting organizational plans into fully coordinated field execution.
As part of Skills Group’s leadership team, she manages the services and logistics function and oversees the operational aspects of programmes, projects and events delivered by the Group, ensuring efficient execution, service quality, precise coordination and a professional experience for clients, participants and partners.
